Scrum Masters can promote Scrum to larger teams by ensuring that the Scrum framework is protected.   • Promote stakeholder collaboration as required or required.

Main Responsibilities

Stand-up:

Promote daily stand-up (or daily scramming) as needed.

Iteration/Sprint Planning Meeting:

Protect teams from overcommit and scope creep. Help create quotes and subtasks.

Sprint Review:

 Join the meeting and get feedback.

Retrospective:

Record improvements and action items for future sprints

Board Management:

Operate as the director of the scrum committee. Ensure the card is up-to-date and that the scrum tool is working correctly.

Internal Consulting:

The Scrum Master is willing to confer with group members and inner stakeholders on how nicely to perform with the Scrum team.

Report:

Regularly analyze burn-down charts and other portfolio running tools to understand built and when.

Blockers:

Scrum masters help teams eliminate external blockers and manage internal failures through process and workflow improvements.

Hectic Work:

If a company’s scrum team is not running smoothly, it is a scrum master problem. It might repair a broken computer, move a desk, or adjust a thermostat. Scrum masters should do anything to help the team, and if the team needs it, do not get away from getting coffee or snacks.
