Enterprise is $8,000 a year and Ultra is $25,000 a year, both billed annually. PPM AI is quoted rather than listed, so contact us for that one. Every plan includes unlimited users and unlimited guests, which means the number above is the number you pay whether you roll out to 50 people or 5,000.
No. There is no per-seat component in any plan. Adding a department, bringing executives into the portfolio view or inviting external partners as guests does not change the annual fee. That is the main structural difference between our pricing and most of this market, where the licence bill grows with every person you involve.
Enterprise is the full product, not a reduced one. Project, program and portfolio management, resource planning and utilization with unlimited resources, financials and benefit realization planning with cost and rate tables, innovation and ideation, roadmaps, OKRs and strategy, unlimited time tracking, the 200+ Microsoft Power BI report pack, AI project status reports and all integrations are included — with unlimited users and guests, at $8,000 a year. Most small and mid-size organizations buy Enterprise and never need anything else. Ultra, at $25,000 a year, runs the same capabilities but is built for large enterprises and public companies whose security, support and contractual requirements go further than a standard subscription covers. PPM AI is quoted rather than listed: it adds AI agents and the implementation services that come with putting them to work. The honest way to choose is by the assurances your organization needs around the product, not by hunting for a feature that Enterprise is missing.
Yes, and it costs nothing extra. Guests are unlimited on every plan, and permissions control what each person can see and change, so a client, partner or executive can be given read-only visibility of just the projects that concern them. There is no separate view-only licence to buy, because there is no per-seat licence to begin with.
Enterprise and Ultra are both annual. We do not offer a monthly subscription for them. If your procurement process needs a different billing arrangement, raise it with Sales before you buy rather than after.
Thirty days. If you need longer to finish a proper evaluation, contact our Sales team and we will look at extending it. We would rather you tested the product properly than rushed a decision to fit our clock.
Included, and unlimited, on every plan. PPM Express Time is part of the subscription rather than a separately priced module, so tracking time across more projects or more people does not add cost.
Your own Microsoft Power BI licence. The 200+ report pack is included in your PPM Express subscription, but Power BI itself is a Microsoft product you licence from Microsoft. If you do not have it yet, contact us and we will give you access to a preview of the reporting package connected to your own PPM Express data, so you can see the reports before committing to anything.
Any time, from your tenant settings. Because users are unlimited there is no licence count to adjust and no cost impact, so there is nothing to renegotiate when your team grows, shrinks or reorganizes.
Email customersuccess@ppm.express. If you move from Enterprise to Ultra before your renewal date, the unused remainder of what you have already paid is credited to your account against the new plan, so you are not charged twice for the same period.
Tax is applied where PPM Express is required to collect it, and it is shown at checkout and on your invoice. VAT or GST is handled according to your billing address. If you hold a tax exemption certificate or need a particular tax treatment on the invoice, send it to Sales before you purchase.
You can cancel any time in the Billing section of your account. Within 30 days of purchase we offer free cancellation and a full refund, no questions asked. After 30 days we do not refund unused subscription time, so cancel ahead of your renewal date if you do not intend to continue.
