Are There Licenses For View-Only Access For External Users

Yes! We offer “Client Licenses” to users outside your organization to view project
details. Please contact our Sales Team
Does PPM Express Offer Discounts For Non-Profits?
Non-profit organizations receive 5 User licenses
free of charge. If you need more users, please contact our Sales Team for a special discount.
Does PPM Express Subscription Include PPM Express Time?
Yes, PPM Express subscription includes Unlimited PPM Express Time-Tracking.

I Need To Change The Number The Users In My Projects Subscription. How Can I Do That?
You can add or remove users to your plan in the Billing section or contact our sales team.
What Forms Of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all types of credit cards and wire transfers/bank transfers if your
organization requires a formal sales order/invoice before making a purchase.
Will I Be Charged Sales Tax?
We do charge sales tax in the State of Washington. There is no sales tax for other
countries and other states.
How Do I Switch Between Subscription Plans?
If you want to upgrade to the Enterprise Plan – please contact our Sales Team.
Is It Possible To Switch Plans If I Already Paid An Annual Fee?
If you decide to switch from the Annual plan to Monthly or change your plan to the
Enterprise before the renewal date, the remainder will be credited to your account.
How Do I Cancel My PPM Express Subscription Or Trial?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in the Billing section. Please note that the
refund for unused subscription time is not provided if you cancel after 30 days.
What Is Your Refund Policy?
In case you are not happy, we offer non-question-asked, free cancelation and a full
refund with 30 days.
Reporting In PPM Express
To use reports in PPM Express you can use your Microsoft Power BI license. If you do not
have license – please contact us and we can provide access to preview of reporting package, connected to
your data in PPM Express.
