Without a doubt, Jira provides a central place that promotes work visibility and team collaboration. Due to a lot of new product engineering tools coming up, Jira has to provide some integrations for those as soon as possible.
In addition, migration from other systems to Jira is a bit complex, as there’s no automated process for that, and it’s mostly a manual process.
In terms of the ability to type and format content in each epic or individual story, Jira can be a little frustrating and difficult to use. It’s adequate, and it has recently added integrations and other ways to link design, but it can be difficult to translate complex requirements into Jira hastily.
