Smartsheet plan provides access to Gantt charts, dashboards, and work automation features. However, Smartsheet’s portfolio and resource management features are basic and do not allow managing all projects simultaneously and tracking updates. Smartsheet offers a free price plan for up to 2 users. Paid plans start at $25 per month.

Smartsheet can be “pricey” because of one primary reason. Smartsheet price plans are calculated based on fixed slabs representing the number of seats in your team. Examples of slabs include 30, 40, 50, and 100 seats. For any team member between 51 and 100, you will always pay for 100 seats.
