How can you offer subscription software for a one payment?

In 2023 we started adopting AI in our work and it helped us to be more productive and keep costs down. PPM Express Once is a lightweight PPM designed for small business. We decided to make it affordable for small teams. Our main offering - is enterprise-grade PPM Software; we already made the majority of investments and have hundreds of paying customers. PPM Once runs on the same platform, but offers a smaller feature set at at very affordable price.

What is PPM Express?

PPM Express is an AI-powered project portfolio management platform designed to help teams plan, execute, and manage projects, portfolios, and resources more effectively.
PPM Express Once is a specially designed lightweight version of PPM Express software, ideal for small teams and organizations.

Can PPM Express scale to my team sizes?

Yes, PPM Express delivers customized Project Portfolio Management and Time Tracking for teams of all sizes, offering flexible plans and extensive features.

Is PPM Express Once right fit for me?

If you need a cloud PPM software , project management software or time tracking software and do not use any other project management tools that you need to integrate with - then it is a perfect fit.

What about a promise "Use Forever"?

Our "Use Forever" policy means fair use and at least 3 years of the access to the software platform. We use part of the revenue we receive and prepay Microsoft Azure hosting services upfront on the 3-year reserved compute capacity contracts. This enables us to guarantee a minimum 3-year availability of the software for our customers. We've been in business since 2019 and have hundreds of customers who use our software daily, for multiple years.

What is the cancelation policy?

First of all, our trial is 30 days, and it is free, and no credit card is required to start trial. After you decide to purchase, you can cancel the purchase for a full refund, no questions asked, within 30 days.
No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.

I work in the department of a large Enterprise. Can I use PPM Express Once?

Sure! Please note that PPM Express Once does not have some enterprise-grade administration features, but it is a great fit for time tracking, project management needs and lightweight Portfolio Management.

What kind of support do I get?

We offer a barebone support for customers on PPM Express Once Plan. Our AI chatbot has knowledge about all features of the product. If you cannot get answer from it, you can submit a ticket and we will try all our best to provide support promptly. There is a help center with detailed documentation as well. For PPM Express Once, we do not offer consulting services or phone support but you will not be let alone.

How does PPM Express safeguard my data?

PPM Express prioritizes your data's integrity and confidentiality by implementing robust security protocols, ensuring that your information remains secure and accessible only to authorized personnel.

How upgrades work?

You are on PPM Express Once V.1. Since it is a cloud-hosted app, all updates to Version 1 are included.
We will eventually release V.2 (with more features and new capabilities). At that time, you can upgrade to the latest version at a discounted price, but it will be absolutely optional; there will be no sales push.

Can I upgrade to other plans?

If, at any point, you decide to upgrade to PPM Express Enterprise or Ultra plans (They are subscription plans with much more functionality, AI for Project Management and AI Agents plus other enterprise-grade capabilities), we will credit your payment to the first-year subscription.
