The Roadmap is a widely customizable tool: project managers can add or remove projects and filter and cohort data. Users with Project Essentials and Project Plan 1 can only view Roadmaps, but with Project Plan 3 and more – they can create and share roadmaps.

• Ability to connect directly to projects from multiple systems in the organization, allowing each team to use the tools that fit their work style.
• Collaborate with others by sharing a roadmap with an existing Microsoft 365 group or creating a new set of stakeholders.
