Do you offer monthly subscriptions?
Yes, PPM Express offers monthly subscriptions for Core and Professional plans.
How long is the trial period?
The trial period is 30 days. If you need more time to test PPM Express, please contact our sales team.
Are there licenses for view-only access for external users (i.e. clients, partners)?
Yes! Anyone within or outside your organization can use Viewer licenses and view project details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all types of credit cards and wire transfers/bank transfers if your organization requires a formal sales order/invoice before making a purchase.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We do charge sales tax in the State of Washington. There is no sales tax for other countries and other states.
I need to change the number the users in our subscription. How can I do that?
You can add or remove users to your plan at any time. If you need to add more user seats to the Enterprise plan, please contact our sales team.
How do I cancel my PPM Express subscription or trial?
You can cancel your subscription anytime in the Billing section. Please note that the refund for unused subscription time is not provided if you cancel after 30 days.
What is your refund policy?
We offer free cancelation and a full refund with 30 days.
How do I switch between subscription plans?
If you want to upgrade to the Enterprise Plan – please contact our sales team.
Does PPM Express offer discounts for non-profits?
Non-profit organizations are entitled to 10 Professional and 10 View-only PPM Express licenses free of charge. If you need more users, please contact our Sales Team for a special discount.
Is it possible to switch plans if I already paid an annual fee?
If you decide to switch from the Annual plan to Monthly or change your plan to the Enterprise before the renewal date, the remainder will be credited to your account.
What are embedded Power BI reports?
Embedded Power BI Reports are the build-in reports that you can use in the application. Embedded Power BI Reports do not require a Power BI license and are available for a short trial period after the first registration of PPM Express tenant.
Does PPM Express subscription include PPM Express Time?
No, PPM Express subscription does not include PPM Express Time. Please contact our Sales Team for special terms for existing customers.
